Yup- it’s still winter here in Colorado.
And while complaining about snow when you live in Colorado might sound stupid does sound stupid, it’s been a doozy of a winter and I’m ready for some spring.
And with spring comes…
…a bunch of shows.
This week I’m back at the Rock Inn in Estes Park for a my regular Sunday night sad song extravaganza.
In April the trio will be at The Alley in Littleton and then at Jamestown Mercantile up in Jamestown.
And in between all that, on March 19th, I’m on the top of a killer three band bill at Lost Lake in Denver. My friends Alex Rhodes (Alex Rhodes Show) and Meghan Clarisse (Meghan and Her Cavemen) will be joining me for MY FIRST FULL BAND SHOW in a very long time (I think five years). Yup- we’ll be bringing a drummer (thanks Larry!) It will be a great three way show, and I’m really looking forward to playing a full band set AND getting to see some friends play, which doesn’t happen in music land that often (if you know, you know).
Tickets for that show are on sale now through Lost Lake OR by Venmoing me directly with the $12 per ticket (I do get a slightly better split selling tickets myself, so if you’re down with that- thank you!)
My venmo is @JayStottMusic, and you can just send me money if you want, ’cause that would be just fine with me.
In the meantime, I did get a chance to do some recording in January, and I’m really excited to be sharing some new music in 2023. It’s gonna be awesome. So, keep wearing your mittens, spring will come. Eventually. I hope. Maybe.
